For those of you who've been stalking my screenname, you've probably noticed links to my Johari and Nohari windows. The windows are tools for self-awareness, showing how I view myself in relation to how others view me. I've found it quite useful and it has helped me identify areas for self-improvement. Turns out I'm confident, smug, self-assertive, and cynical, among other adjectives.

The windows unabashedly highlight my personality traits and have helped me underscore many aspects about myself that I wish weren't so prominent, as well as others that I'm proud to have. Inasmuch, I'm reacting to these windows. For the better, I hope.

Another interesting outcome of this survey is seeing how specific individuals, describe me. It speaks volumes about how I treat others, and/or whether or not I subconsciously act differently to different people.
